The Annual Fund grant application process now open

The Development and Alumni Relations Office (DARO) is pleased to announce that applications are now being accepted for Annual Fund grants.  The deadline for applications is 5pm Wednesday 20th February, 2013.

This year a total of £230,000 is available for disbursement and the College of Humanities has an excellent track record of attaining Annual Fund grants; in 2012 we were awarded over £41,000 to use across seven projects

The full timetable is listed below, with the critical date being Wednesday 20th February for application submissions to DARO.

21st January 2013  Disbursement process opens
20th February 2013  Deadline for applicants to submit their applications to DARO
22nd February 2013     DARO send all applications to appropriate Heads of Departments/Colleges/Student Guild to sign off and  rank each application for their area
15th March 2013 Deadline for Heads of Departments/Colleges/Student Guild to re-submit all applications for their area to  DARO
18th March-5th April  2013 Disbursement Panel rank and review applications
12th April 2013 Disbursement Panel Meet
19th April 2013 Registrar and Director of DARO review and approve projects for funding
22nd April 2013 Applicants informed of final decisions
