Foreign Language Centre in Penryn

From September 2017 you will be able to study French and Spanish at an undergraduate level at no extra cost for University of Exeter students. You will become part of a friendly and vibrant community and will have the opportunity to officially add language proficiency to your degree title.

Why learn a language?

  • Develop a cultural awareness and adaptability
  • Manage and analyse information
  • Articulate ideas and arguments
  • Solve problems
  • Develop your critical thinking
  • Increase your employability skills and job prospects
  • Prepare for working or studying abroad

French

French will be offered to University of Exeter students at three different levels:

As a future global citizen, you will travel, live and work in countries across the world. This is why it makes a difference to get the language you study named on your degree title.
