Foreign Language Credits
Study a foreign language as part of your degree
All undergraduate students on Streatham Campus, Exeter, regardless of degree subject, have the opportunity to study a language as part of their degree. You can even have this study (at least 60 credits of a Foreign Language) included as part of your degree title 'with proficiency in ...' from beginners to intermediate and 'with advanced proficiency in ...' at advanced levels. Employers are increasingly looking for graduates across all subjects who have additional language skills, so this is a fantastic way of standing out from the crowd.
The languages available are:
- Mandarin Chinese
For further information see the Foreign Language Centre's webpages.
Note that if you want to major or minor in a Foreign Language, you need to register your language course in Modern Languages (and not the Foreign Language Centre).
