As alumni, you know how quickly your time at University goes and how hard it can be to take full advantage of everything the University has to offer. Some students find that they get to the end of their final year and they are unsure of what to do next or even how to start making that decision.

Top Tips

We’re asking alumni to give their top tips for how to get into the industry in which they work. Top Tips aims to give students an introduction into various industries, how to get into them, and the ways in which they can make themselves stand out against the competition. We’re going compile the alumni tips and give the students access to them via the University intranet.

If you’d like to provide your top tips, please complete the Top Tips template and send it, along with a photo, to humanities-alumni@exeter.ac.uk

eXepert

Our  gives students and recent graduates the opportunity to contact University of Exeter alumni via email to gain advice on how to enter their chosen industry, work for a certain company or simply gain insight into a specific profession. Students get in touch with a specific question, and we match them up with a suitable alumna/us.

Alumni blog

Our students really benefit from industry insights and from hearing alumni discuss their work. With this in mind, we would love to hear from our alumni via our Career Zone blog, one of the most popular blogs at the University of Exeter. If you're interested, please let us know via humanities-alumni@exeter.ac.uk
