Mick offers IT support and assistance to Humanities professional services and academic staff. He is responsible for services that Central IT doesn’t cover or can’t cover, because of timeframes or because of the emergency nature of requirements. His duties include setting up new equipment, providing equipment for new staff, fixing hardware issues and troubleshooting. He also installs non-standard software, contacting software companies in conjunction with the Finance Team.
