This module provides the opportunity to become further acquainted with specific language skills linked to the business and commercial world. Through the innovative forms of assessment, students can experience the process of creating a fictitious company, enabling them to familiarize themselves with the dynamics of working as part of a team, encouraging creativity and enhancing their employability skills. In addition to this, students can gain an understanding of the evolution of the Spanish economy and society since the advent of democracy and the place the country now occupies within the wider economic framework of Europe. It will also be possible to study some of the key aspects of globalization, sustainability policies, and the effect in emerging countries in Latino America. By exploring all these themes, students gain an understanding of journalism today in the Hispanic and Anglo-Saxon world, opening other possibilities for future career developments.
