Worldwide partnerships

The College of Humanities is proud to be establishing academic contact with partner institutions at the forefront of their research.

Peking University

Peking University (北京大学) has effectively combined research on important scientific subjects with the training of personnel with a high level of specialized knowledge and professional skill as demanded by the country's socialist modernisation. We enjoy a number of links with PKU in English, History and Modern Languages.

Fudan University

Fudan University (复旦大学) located in Shanghai, China, is one of the oldest and most selective universities in China and Asia. We host a number of PhD students from Fudan University for up to three months on the Visiting Research Student Scheme.

NIAS

The National Institute of Advanced Studies (India) is unique in its integrated approach to the study of intersections between science and technology, philosophy, social issues and leadership. A joint research collaboration provides a supportive platform for split-site PhDs.
