The White House
Studio spaces
There are three studio spaces in the main Thornlea House (known as The White House). Thornlea House was the residence of Alderman W.H.Reed, former Mayor of Exeter. In 1922, Alderman Reed bought Streatham Hall (now Reed Hall) for the University College of the West of England, starting the development of the Streatham Campus as we know it today.
WH1, WH2 & WH3 are each equipped with 55inch LED screens and a sound system. There is a dedicated Windows 10 PC attached to each system with a wireless keyboard and mouse. Each AV system also has an AirServer attached to the screen. The AirServer allows wireless video/audio streaming from up to 8 simultaneously connected mobile devices / laptops. Wireless protocols include Airplay, Chromecast and Miracast.

Opening times
8.30am - 9pm Monday - Friday during term times.
Drama students need their University Card to access the White House at all times.
